If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our remanufactured printer cartridges, you may return opened cartridges within 90 days of purchase for refund as long as the cartridge has not been used over 30%. All returns must be processed through our Return Policy referenced through the link below. Money will be refunded once merchandise has been received by overnightinkjets.com. Replacements can be made up to six months from the purchase date. On our compatible cartridges we provide a one year warranty. Please refer to the Request Return link below to process any replacement for a defective cartridge.
The warranty on our computer items is 30 day only. The cost for returning computer items is paid by the customer only. We do not provide return postage paid labels for these items. Any returns for these items must be processed through the return link below. We do not provide a warranty and do not accept returns on paper and refilling supplies.
If a return is received and the steps for returning items have not been followed, unfortunately we are unable to process the return.
We cannot guarantee against damage resulting from improper storage or other misuse.

We guarantee all of our compatible inkjet cartridges for a full 1 year from manufacturing defects, no questions asked. Our compatible cartridges have a shelf life of 2 years as our state-of-the-art vacuum sealing keeps them fresh.
Remanufactured cartridges are guaranteed for 90 days and must not have been used more than 30% for a full refund. We provide an additional 90 days for replacement. To aid in returns of these cartridges, we provide a postage paid mailer for your added convenience.
